October 11, 2014 in v. Chastoostrovskoe Emelyanovsk district of Krasnoyarsk region cadets and officers of the Military Engineering Institute provided assistance in installing the monument to the heroes of the First World War 1914-1918.
This is the first monument dedicated to veterans of the Great War, which appeared in our region.

The participants paid tribute to the heroes of a minute of silence.
As noted by all participants in the celebration, for two thousand villagers Chastoostrovskoe unveiling of the monument was a great event.
